Dining begins in the evening, and partying from 10pm till 1.00 a.m weekdays & weekends till later ... There's 2 decks at the luna bar and the top is the roof with a beautiful view of Kuala Lumpur. Lower deck where's the location of the pool and lounge bar. Luna bar provides smoking and non smoking area.

there is another bar which is similar to Luna bar... i.e. Skybar... on top of KLCC Traders hotel. Scenery is superb :-)

you could take lots of picture @ the bar in Malaysia but in Kampala, Uganda picture taking in the bar is restricted... so no picture taking ... Sigh! :-(
