Coke Zero launch and now produced in Malaysia - same same but different.

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 28:
Coke Zero, an alternative to the popular Coca-Cola drink but with zero calories and zero sugar, was officially launched in Malaysia today.
Previously available only in premium supermarkets like Cold Storage, Coke Zero will now be produced locally in Coca-Cola Malaysia’s factory in Bandar Enstek and be distributed widely in the country.
Malaysia-Singapore-Brunei region general manager Gill McLaren said: “We think Malaysia is ready for this now. you’ll find this in more places.
“Coke Light is a great tasting product but its got more of a specific target consumer which probably leans to a more female and expatriate market whilst Coke Zero taste more like Coke so it has a more broader appeal.”

McLaren added that the beverage company is currently working on Coke Zero to be available in fast food outlets which already offer Coke and Coke Light.
http://avn.innity.com/rt/?cb=1419213403&a=1484
“It doesn’t replace Coke Light as that taste is quite different, Coke Light has a lighter taste but that was an innovation done a longer time ago, 25 years to be exact.
“This is the closest we can get to Coke whilst not being Coke. Some people are really loyal to Coke Light and they stay loyal to it, for anyone who tries Coke Zero, they will find this a good alternative to Coke.”
McLaren said that based on market research conducted in Malaysia, consumers here were initially sceptical about the taste of Coke Zero.
But when they were told it had zero calories and sugar, many were surprised at the similarities of the taste and provided a positive feedback – which pushed for the introduction of the product here.
She also said Coca-Cola has plans in the pipeline this year for more new products.
“We’re increasing our portfolio here in Malaysia, Fanta is only a three-year-old brand here. We’ve got Sprite, A&W as well as Heaven and Earth Tea which is already a really successful brand. Its part of our global commitment to provide more choices.”
Coke Zero was first introduced in Australia in 2005 and was very successful there. Currently, Coke Zero is available in over 149 countries making Malaysia the 150th country to receive the product.

Your GPS can a not ?

8 glasses of water a day keep my skin moist?

Does drinking 8 glasses of water a day keep my skin moist? 每天真得需要喝8杯水吗?

No. Despite years of having this drummed into our heads, this is not true. It is good to keep your body, including your skin, hydrated, however the outermost layer of skin does not absorb water since it is made up of dead skin cells. Moisture level of skin is not determined by internal factors, but rather external ones, such
as cold or hot air, dry heat and by the number of oil-producing glands you have.

Lokatoo GPS navigation – now featuring Yellow Pages listings and TM WiFi sites

While the primary function of any GPS navigation system is to get you where you want to go, companies that build such devices are always looking to put more into them to make them more complete – and distinguishable – in the eyes of buyers. Many are novelties, like games or music playback capability, but some extra features can be quite useful.
Take finding the right service or business, easy and without fuss. Like having a directory of company or business listings as found in the Yellow Pages, easily searchable by keying in the company name or telephone number.
Local company Lokatoo, which proudly states that it’s the first Malaysian GPS navigation product using its own navigation software engine, has done just that, adding in a digitalised Yellow Pages listing containing more than 3,500 categories of businesses, and the feature can be found in all its GPS navigators, external and embedded.
Besides being able to check for company details like name, address, phone number, fax number and website address (URL) by keying either the company name or the telephone number, one can also search by categories to look for a specific business listing, sortable by names or distance nearest to your location, which the unit will then route you to once specified.
The Perodua Alza Advanced Version, which was introduced yesterday, features an in-built Lokatoo device equipped as such, and it’s not just to be found on Peroduas, but in the Lokatoo navigators in selected Isuzu and Proton models as well.
Another interesting feature of the map is that it also indicates WiFi sites from TM, searchable as a point of interest (POI) or, if you happen to be near a coverage site, as a TM WiFi site indicator on the screen.
With all Lokatoo GPS units using a map system of Malaysia powered by Telekom Malaysia’s navigational data, it’s no surprise to find the new additions being incorporated into the company’s devices. The company is especially proud of the fact that daily updating of map data is carried out both Lokatoo and TM staff, with users getting monthly updates through the company’s website. The company adds that it’s the only navigation product that provides a monthly release of map updates in Malaysia.

Adopting the navigation map powered by TM also offers unique advantages of being able to search a location in Lokatoo via telephone numbers, of which close to 30,000 popular commercial telephone numbers are available in the database, with more being added over time. The telephone number search allows users to opt for searching by telephone number over the traditional way of searching by road or Point of Interest (POI) names.
If you’re interested to find out more about the company’s portable in-car GPS navigators, visitwww.lokatoo.com for more details.

Batman identity cover

Batman identity cover. Every superheroes needs something to cover its identity.

Do you guys heard about the batman killer ?

Police have seized a Batman mask, other Batman paraphernalia and a computer from the apartment of a man suspected of opening fire at a midnight premiere of The Dark Knight Rises in Colorado.
According to an official, a Batman poster was also hanging on a wall in James Holmes’ 850-square-foot apartment in Aurora.
The discoveries were made after authorities finished clearing the 24-year-old’s home of booby traps and ammunition which he had allegedly left inside with the suspected intent to kill.
It has been reported that Holmes told police he was the Joker, referring to the character played by Heath Ledger in the 2008 hit film The Dark Knight.
The official said a computer that was  confiscated from the apartment could aid the effort to determine how long Holmes had been planning the attack and other details of the massacre.
Holmes was arrested early Friday morning after authorities said he set off gas canisters inside a packed theater and shot unsuspecting movie-goers in an attack that killed 12 people and injured 58 others.
A law enforcement source said when the killer rushed into the theater and opened fire, he encountered a technical glitch. Police said the alleged gunman came in armed with three weapons: a Remington shotgun, a Smith & Wesson M&P assault rifle and a Glock .40-caliber handgun.
The assault rifle, which is similar to an AR-15 and is a civilian version of the military’s M-16, could fire 50 to 60 rounds per minute and is designed to hold large ammunition magazines. The source said that Holmes allegedly had obtained a 100-round drum magazine that attached to the weapon but that such large magazines are notorious for jamming, according to the Washington Post.

Mr.Fly

Mr.Fly, On May 16 2007 I met Gerald Fly in my garden as I was shooting some cliché flowers. I had just bought my first cheap macro filters online and was excitingly giving them a try.
Gerald caught my attention as he was sitting on a flowerpot with nothing but a cardboard sign that said "Will work 4 food". Over the years he degraded from a successful cab driver to a poor lonely insect as he had 173 wives who cost him a fortune on make-up and clothing. Not to mention his 2184 kids, who all needed money for education and iPods.
So there he was, staring at me with his big mosaic eyes, begging me for help. Macro filters in hand I offered him a job as my new photography model.
That night we had a good drink and talked about potential photoshoots. Surprisingly he proved himself a lovely musician on both piano and guitar. And so he often played me some tunes on the window sill and dreamed about a glorious music career.
The days went by and everything went great. We really had a good time together. Until after a dangerous freefall dandelion shoot, when Gerald and I had a big fight over the conditions he had to work in. The impact of the arguments got even worse as he discovered I had secretly done some photoshoots with a ladybug called Linda.
He furiously buzzed away to the streets outside. There he maintained to hitchhike for 29 hours non-stop to Poopville, the promised land for flies, without success. But the guilt inside me was becoming too much so I begged him to come back and promised to give him a little holiday.
A few weeks later, and after some heavy bicycle training, his old belly is back and today he is once again at my side for more adventurous photoshoots!

The Incredible Hulk father

The Incredible Hulk is a 2008 American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics character the Hulk. It is directed by Louis Leterrier and stars Edward Norton as Dr. Bruce Banner. It is the second film to be released in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. This film establishes a new backstory where Banner becomes the Hulk as an unwitting pawn in a military scheme to reinvigorate the supersoldier program through gamma radiation. On the run, he attempts to cure himself of the Hulk before he is captured by General Thaddeus "Thunderbolt" Ross (William Hurt), but his worst fears are realized when power-hungry soldier Emil Blonsky (Tim Roth) becomes a similar but more bestial creature. Liv Tyler also stars as Betty Ross, Banner's love interest and General Ross' daughter.
Marvel Studios reacquired the rights to the character after the mixed reception to the 2003 film Hulk, and writer Zak Penn began work on a loose sequel that would be much closer to the comics and the television series. Norton rewrote the script after he signed on to star, which clarified the film's new backstory. Leterrier redesigned Roth's character, called the Abomination in the comics, from the comics' reptilian humanoid into a monster with bony protrusions. Filming mostly took place in Toronto, Ontario in 2007, where the production attempted to be environmentally friendly.
The film received generally positive reviews and outgrossed its predecessor, grossing $263,427,551 in worldwide box office, as well as $58,448,280 in DVD sales.[4] Despite this positive reception Marvel chose to put off a possible sequel until after 2012's The Avengers, in which Norton was initially set to reprise his role. However, after talks broke down, he was replaced by Mark Ruffalo for The Avengers and any future sequels.

Victor is a member of CASH STUDIO - www.cashstudio.com.my

A self taught photographer that resides in Malaysia, I started fiddling with cameras while working part time at a local photo studio during my college days and has then develop quite a strong interest towards photography, but was never able to go further due to the costly investment. It was until one of my friend bought himself the Canon EOS 450D and I was joined by him on my normal business trip up north that reminds me of this great hobby. Shooting blindly with all the new features of the DSLR from 8pm till 2am and using only water droplets as our main subjects shows how crazily glued we are with photography.

And that led me to my 1st DSLR, a Canon EOS 40D. Guess what? the 1st subject I shot when I got the camera was water droplets! Well the droplets kinda led me to another thing “messy kitchen”! so I gave up and started to indulge myself into landscape photography that lasted till today, cause the beauty of mother nature can never be replaced, so when ever I am not on any assignments I will try to make up sometime for it.

Shooting humans only came in after all that and it was also due to my wife’s pregnancy when I knew that I have got zero talent when it comes to portraiture, well that gave me something new to try and during the learning stage I met my current partner whom is a very good photographer, we learned together and critique each others photo most of the time and eventually it led us and my EOS 450D (now Nikon D700) buddy to form CASH Studio.

Though young and fairly new in the industry I believe with our unique approach to capture all the different moments of an auspicious event, we will grow in no time to be one of the highly sought after wedding photographers in town. In this blog you will see the shots that I have taken as the official commissioned photographer at many events. Hope I’ll be able to impress you with my work and if by any chance you need my service as your photographer, do contact me.
