THE WALKING DEAD TRAILER

The Walking Dead is a monthly black-and-white American comic book series published by Image Comics beginning in 2003. The comic was created by writer Robert Kirkman and artist Tony Moore, who was replaced by Charlie Adlard from issue #7 onward,although Moore continued to do the covers through issue #24.

The story chronicles the travels of a group of people trying to survive in a world stricken by a zombie apocalypse. The series won the 2010 Eisner Award for Best Continuing Series at San Diego Comic-Con International. A television series was announced to be in production on August 11, 2009 and premiered on October 31, 2010 on AMC.

According to wayangtimes.com, The very pretty 30 years old Zhu Songhua (朱松花) is an elementary/ primary school teacher teaching and living in China. She is a Chinese language teacher in the No. 1 Primary School of Jiangsu Nantong.

Zhu Songhua first shot to fame in September of 2010 when she appeared on the Jiangsu Satellite TV. She was invited to the TV’s Happy Night program’s My Teacher is Special segment. During and after the event, she immediately garnered much attention.

The ever resourceful Chinese netizens managed to find many photos of Zhu Songhua. Her pictures were quickly spread online as netizens dubbed her as China’s Sexiest Female Teacher, amongst other titles.

The pictures are mainly those taken when she was invited to model for magazines and professional photographers in the country.

THE all-girl Korean pop group Wonder Girls, after taking a brief rest from their 27-stop tour in the US and Canada which ended last July, will thrill

Malaysian fans at a live music concert at Arena Of Stars, Genting Highlands on Dec 11 at 8pm.

The Wonder Girls, originally made up of Sun-Ye, Ye-Eun, So-Hee, Sun-mi, and Hyuna, were introduced through MTV Wonder Girls, which was filmed and directed by MTV.

The group debuted in early 2007 with the mini album, The Wonders Begin, but underwent a change in band members just months later with Hyuna leaving and Yubin coming in. The new team released its first full album, The Wonder Years, in September of which its main track Tell Me was a huge hit.

The girls' popularity has been soaring ever since. They released single So Hot in June 2008, followed by Nobody a few months later which became one of the most popular songs of the year. Their unique choreography and dance steps - the highly addictive finger point and tap dance — sparked a viral dance craze around the world.

The Wonder Girls marked their career milestone as the first act from Asia to enter the American Billboard Hot 100 in 30 years with the infectious Nobody, which peaked at No. 76.

Wonder Girls has scooped numerous awards including Artist of the Year at the 18th Seoul Musical Award, the Best Female Group and the Best Music Video, among others.

It won exposure in the US, touring with the Jonas Brothers in 2009 at 45 live performances. The group excels in dance and vocal ability. Every jab, spin and twist is polished and timed.

In March 2010, new member Hye-Rim joined the group after Sun-mi decided to take a study break. This did not stop the Wonder Girls from continuing to soar. They recently made a successful comeback to the Korean music scene with 2 Different Tears, which conquered numerous online and offline music charts.

Jointly organised by Star Planet, Hua Yea Multimedia and Speedy Entertainment, this is its first Malaysian tour and the concert will portray all different sides of the Wonder Girls.

A biopic about late action star Bruce Lee launched the production with a press conference in Hong Kong.

Aarif Lee, winner of Best Newcomer at this year's Hong Kong Film Awards, will take on the role of the young Bruce Lee.

"Bruce Lee, My Brother's Story," will focus on the kung-fu legend's life-story before he became a star. The film is co-produced by Lee's younger brother, Robert Lee and Manfred Wong Man-Chun. Yip Wai-man, the assistant director of "Bodyguards and Assassins," will direct the film. Besides Aarif Lee, the film features newcomers Jennifer Tse Ting Ting and Gong Mi.

The press conference was held beside Bruce Lee's sculpture located on the Avenue of Stars by the city's Victoria Harbour.

The film is set for release in late November 2010 to mark the 70th anniversary of Bruce Lee's birth on November 27, 1940. Filming is set to begin this month.

Selina S.H.E suffered Burn Injuries @ Shanghai

Selina Ren is a member of Taiwan’s pop group S.H.E continued blaze during the shooting of a blast scene for a new TV stage show series in Shanghai, China. The ill-fated incident happened when Selina Jen and Yu Hao Mingwere filming a scene for their new TV series “I Have a Date with Spring” on last Friday, 22nd October, 2010, afternoon and at that time explosives turn on sooner than projected. When the mishap took place, the gallant Yu instantaneously threw himself over Selina that caused him to suffer injury more solemn than Selina’s.

Updates 2AM 25 October 2010 : Selina reached Taiwan safely just last night 11PM and was transferred to Chang Gung Hospital 长庚医院 for further medical treatment.

Updates 3PM 23 October 2010 : Selina suffered third degree burns and need to undergo skin grafting treatment/operation where her hands, legs and back were injured.

Selina of SHE from Taiwan was reported being sent to ER – Ruijin Hospital 瑞金医院 at around 6PM yesterday 22nd October 2010 due to an accident that happened during the filming of an explosion scene in a series 我和春天有个约会 which was filmed in Shanghai.

Rumors suggested that she sufferend 35%-50% of burn injuries and there isn’t any reply from the officials on that. The officials just thanked the public for the concerns and said that her family members are with her at the moment.

So, to make all our lives easier, I have compiled a list of the main apps that I use =) …

• Life Browser - It's a nice web browser with some very convenient features not available in Safari
• Todo - Powerful todo list manager
• abcNotes - Like a virtual post it note
• GoodReader - The best PDF reader with annotation features, yes, I tested most of them
• iCurrencyPad - Currency converter
• Convertbot - Unit converter
• Bento - Personal database, kinda like a mobile DBase/MS Access, so you can create custom database to store anything
• Brushes - Nicest drawing app I tested
• Evernote - Keeping notes and syncing it with your Mac/PC/iPad over the air
• Xmarks - Sync browser bookmarks from your Mac/PC
• iProRecorder - Professional use voice recorder
• QuickOffice/Docs To Go - Kinda like a mobile MS Office
• iBooks - This is Apple's book reading app, can read PDFs too
• Genius Scan - It's like having a portable scanner for scanning documents, etc

• OPlayer - Plays AVI/RMVB/etc without conversion (Do turn on Skip Frame in the settings to play RMVB more smoothly)
• F1 2010 Timing App - Get live timing, stats, etc for F1
• Wine Ph.D. - Nice app for wine drinkers

Communications

• Whatsapp - It's like SMS/MMS, but it's free
• IM+ - App for MSN/Skype/FB Chat/GoogleTalk/YahooIM/Twitter/etc
• Facebook - If you don't know what this is, you probably don't need a smartphone
• Foursquare - App to share your location with friends
• Twitter - There are tons of Twitter apps, but my current fav is the official Twitter app
• Skype - Call/chat with your friends
• Tango - It's like FaceTime, but it works over 3G as well
• Yahoo Messenger - I like this is because it lets me video conference with a Mac/PC
• Vonage - Kinda like Skype, but it uses your Facebook contacts instead, so it's easy to see which of your friends you can call

• Filterstorm - Very nice photo editor, I think the best now (http://filterstorm.com/)
• Photogene - Another nice photo editor, lots of features
• Instagram - Nice app for taking pics, apply a cool filter, then share it automatically on FB/Twitter/etc.
• PhotoShake - Very nice app for combining multiple photos
• Diptic - Another nice app for combining multiple photos
• MoreBeaute - Girls will love this app … Hehehee
• Polarize - Makes your pic look like it came out of a Polaroid camera
• LiveEffects - Take a pic with various choices of special effects
• PhotoFunia - Try it, put you and your friends on billboards, t-shirts, whatever
• Flickr - Official Flickr app
• Hipstamatic - Apply old camera/film effects to your pics
• Pano - Shoot panoramas
• You Gotta See This! - It's sort of like for taking panorama, but it's also very different, so you gotta see it yourself
• TiltShiftFocus - Applies a tilt-shift like effect on your photo
• ToonCamera - See the world like cartoon, and snap pics of it
• SlowShutter - Allows you to take slow-shutter pics
